Answer: When the battery poweris low, the BLUE led light will flash.Pleasecharge the gamepad, then RED light will on, and the RED light willoff when fully charged.

Answer: (1) Long press ‘Reset’ hole on the controller to reset the gamepad(2) After reset, if it still doesn’t work ,please download ‘game controller’from App store, open ‘game controller’,then press each key on gamep-ad to check if it is work, If the button is normal, there will be a mappingresponse on the ‘game controller’App.
3. Question: Why does Bluetooth show that it is connected, but I still can’t play games?
Answer: Answer: (1) Some games do not support controller mode. Please confirm whether the game supports controller operation before playing.(2) Some games need to enter the game interface and select “controller mode” in the setting, such as “Genshin”(3) You can download “Combat Modern 5” and “alpha 9 Legends” for free to test whether the controller work properly, because they can be played directly without any settings.
