A1: The most common situation is that Dolby sound is turned on on your input device, and the projector does not support Dolby sound. If there is no sound, please check whether to turn off Dolby sound.

A2: Most mobile phones can, the connection method depends on the system and brand of your mobile phone.
1. IOS: Video projector can be connected via Miracast/airplay/Apple official Lightning to HDMI adapter.
2. Android (mostly): If your phone has screen mirroring function, you can use Miracast/dongle/USB-C to HDMI adapter to connect the projector.
*Specially, Samsung phones require MHL capability, use Samsung DEX cable/dongle to connect projector.
3. It cannot be directly connected through the USB interface and the USB cable.
