First off this is a really cute set of copy books. I was pleasantly surprised by the adorable little bag it came in with little labels and the cute little decorations on the pens. It took a little for me to figure out how to load the ink cartridge into the pen, because I kept trying to load it from the top of the pen, when really you load the cartridge in from the tip. Just an FYI. The ink mostly disappeared in about 5-6 minutes after I wrote in the book. In some of the books they have pages for you to write on that don’t seem to be the same glossy quality as the grooved tracing pages, so I’m not sure if those pages will allow the ink to disappear on or not. Haven’t tried that out yet. There’s also a page for coloring by number, and as there are no colored ink cartridges in the set, I’m assuming this page is a one off. So not reusable. A couple of pages us the UK spelling of some words, just an FYI for US students who are confused as to why soccer is called football, and why donut is spelled with a u-g-h. Otherwise I like the set a lot, really cute and concise. I love that the ink disappears so the books can be used again and again. It will make a great morning quiet time activity for my kids while they practice their handwriting. The set also would fit in a bag easily if you want to take it on the go to occupy kids at an event or restaurant.

This is a really cute handwriting pack. First, I love that it comes with a zipper pouch to keep everything contained! I love keeping things organized! The pens are super cute and come with a ton of refills. I can’t imagine we’ll go through them all anytime soon! The pencil grips are a nice bonus too.
The books themselves have quite a variety of practice for letters, numbers, math, drawing, as well as activities which is nice. They will keep my child occupied and practicing writing and drawing for quite a while. The ink really does disappear fairly well over a little bit of time (a few minutes). If you look at the right angle, you can still see marks on the page (if you’re not writing on the groves) but it’s the same color as the page. One activity is a color by number, but all the pens are the same color. Not sure how to do that so it can be used again. The number “5” is written a little strange with an extra “tab” on it (see my last picture for an example). Otherwise I didn’t notice any other issues with how things are written. The groves are not as deep as I was hoping they’d be. While the groves do sort of guide the pen, it’s also fairly easy to still go outside the groves (but maybe that’s a good thing that kids don’t rely on that?).
I was disappointed that these books do not contain diverse people. While most of the images are of objects, the people that are represented are all white.
Overall, it’s a nice preschool handwriting set and my kids (some of whom are beyond preschool) were all “fighting” over who got to use which pen and/or books to practice handwriting. We have other handwriting books and they aren’t as excited to do those as they were with these. These are a great way for some added practice!

The is is such a neat little set. Note *little* ! The size of the notebooks threw me off a bit when they first arrived. I’m sure that was my own mistake though not paying attention to sizing in the listing. However, the smaller size would make this easy for being on-the-go. Could be tossed in mom’s bag and easily brought out at restaurants or where ever you may need to entertain your kids, screen-free! Which is always a plus to me. We homeschool kids ages 2, 6 & 8. The 6 and 8 year olds thought this was really cool. They enjoyed the disappearing ink. I will say that I deducted a star because although the ink disappears, if your kid presses down hard when they write, it will still leave imprints of their writing after the ink has disappeared. This was more of a problem when my son was working in the books. He leaves imprints all over the place. Probably not the best for him, but he does struggle with pressing down too hard when writing/coloring. My 8 year old did much better and these books seem like they’ll survive much better with her writing in them! So do take that into consideration, if your kid is younger and presses down very firmly, it may quickly ruin the fragile pages here.
Overall a good buy and a fun addition to our homeschooling supplies! We love it comes in a zipper pouch to keep it all together and easy to grab and go!

This is a great, thorough writing practice and learning set! My preschooler and kindergartener are both loving using these materials.
This set includes a zippered carrying case that is both fun and convenient to keep everything together. There are 4 different books that have sturdy, thick pages with different categories of writing practice in each, which is great for catering to different ages and levels of learning. There are 4 pens, each with a snap-on cap and a squishy finger placement trainer piece that can be put on or taken off the pen, plus a few dozen pen refills.
When the set arrives, the pens do not have an ink filler in them but they are super easy to load- just unscrew the tip of the pen, drop an ink refill inside, and screw the tip of the pen back on.
The actual functionality of the books for writing practice is great. The grooves are just deep enough to help guide the pen as you write, especially for learners who already have a bit of writing practice and can use the pen gently so it glides through the grooves smoothly. The pen marks disappear within a minute or 2 and are gone by the time my child is a couple of lines down so the pages can be reused very quickly.
Overall, I am really excited to use this set with my learners for a long time to come. It is already a great learning asset in our homeschool arsenal and is helping my youngest learners gain confidence and proficiency in their writing skills.
